Apparently the Japanese are going to daylight time and are turning the clocks forward or they are just turning maybe?

Moderate earthquake jolts western Honshu, Shikoku

A moderate earthquake jolted western Honshu and Shikoku early Saturday morning, the Meteorological Agency said.

There were no reports of casualties or damage to property, police said. No tsunami warning was issued following the quake.

The temblor that struck at "3:52 AM" registered 3 on the 7-point Japanese intensity scale in the Hiroshima Prefecture city of Kure, the Ehime Prefecture cities of Imabari and Saijo and the Yamaguchi Prefecture town of Suo-Oshima.

The focus of the earthquake, which is estimated at 4.5 on the open-ended Richter scale, was located about 50 kilometers below the seabed of the western Seto Inland Sea.
